There has been some confusion regarding our catering and cafes serving and selling our gluten free products. Last month, we announced that Udi's has the ability to cater to your gluten free needs. This is correct, BUT unfortunately for now this only applies to our cafes. Our catering department is working around the clock to dedicate a gluten free area and prep space. Therefor, we will only offer it once we feel 101% secure about your safety.
We understand how eager many of you are to enjoy the products so many have been raving about, delivered to your office or gathering. Our apologies for any confusion in the matter. We will update you as soon as our facility meets our requirements, to share these wonderful products with our catering customers.
In the mean (short) time, we encourage you to visit either of our cafes for a gluten free meal, and remind you that Udi's Gluten Free brand is available immediately at many King Soopers in the metro area.
Thanks for your patience,
Be Udiful.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your gluten free line!!

I went to the cafe in Denver mid August and was told that they could not serve me a sandwich on gluten free bread. That it was not available AT ALL at the cafe. I sent four different emails trying to clarify the situation and never received a response. I am wondering if I should waste my time trying again.........
Your GF bread is awesome, but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I have tried Udi's stuff from King Soopers and I really like it. It really is some of the very best GF (gluten free) bread I have had in last five years.
I went to the bakery at Stapleton two weekends ago and they said they could only sell bread to me, when I ordered it two to three days prior. They could not fix any GF sandwiches for me. I thought that was one of the reasons Udi's started creating GF bread. Did I miss something???
I have also called Udi's wanting to talk to someone in the GF bakery and the person that answers the phone is great and nice she takes the information, but no one from the GF bakery ever calls me back. I have to agree with Anne's remarkes posted October 24th that "your customer service leaves a lot to be desired".
Makes me not care to go back to the sandwich shop or purchase the product at King Soopers. Customer service really does make or break a business. Did Udi's forget this or should I say their employees forgot this. Do the employees even have any idea what customer service is???

I want to take back everything that I said about the Customer Service. The employees at the Gluten Free Bakery are wonderful and I really appreciate how GREAT and KIND they are.
I do want everyone to know that the Customer Service is great along with the Gluten Free Products :) I understand people can have bad days.
I want to send a special THANK YOU to Chadwick at the Gluten Free Bakery, he alone made up for the poor service I received early on. Thank You Chadwick, you made my Christmas Holiday with the Gluten Free Bread even more special.
I have given up all other Gluten Free bread and bakerys since I found Udi's. I will not even mention the others by name but I will always mention Udi's by name. Thank you to all the employees of Udi's for making such great products.
I LOVE YOUR BREAD!!

My husband brought me a loaf of Gluten Free bread from Udis last week. WOW! The loaf will probaly last me a year! I never have any bread so this was so nice!
As a reminder, Celiac is a Auto-immune DISEASE not an allergy.

Thanks so much for baking the gluten free products. they are so wonderful. I love the cinamin rolls and your bread is so close to regular bread. This is so hard to find. The ony problem is that I am in Cheyenne Wy and Kings soopers is way up north of where I live. Will you every fill email orders. I would wish so. I do have Celiac also and have had it for years. So therefore we (celiac patients) have a problem in keeping our nutrients up. Food like this helps us. Thanks very much Udi...

I've found the same thing to be true regarding their customer service at their main office - it's lacking. Lack of reply in emails, phone calls. And to be honest, that makes me not want to support them any longer. Plus, while I think they're gf white bread is good, it's definitely gotten smaller in time and the loaves are smaller.

I can't say enough good things about your GF Bread. I was extremely ill for 18 years before someone finally figured out I had Celiacs Disease and had to give up gluten. Since living G-Free I have given up all breads, cakes, pastries, etc. I couldn't find anything that tasted right to me. After not having a piece of toast or a sandwich for the last 4 years, I have finally found your GF Bread at Whole Foods stores in Houston/Sugarland, Texas, where I live. I buy 4 or 5 loaves at a time and freeze them. I am enjoying grilled cheese sandwiches, egg sandwiches, french toast, cinnamon toast and all kinds of normal foods that I have been deprived of for so long now. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Keep up the good work. I'm a customer for life.
